A serendipitous transaction
My car was written off by my insurance company after a no fault accident. This necessitated looking for a new car...and quickly. I knew what I was looking for and a quick search online led me to MJ Motors. I had not been aware of this dealer before, despite not living far from them. They had recently come into possession of exactly the vehicle I had in mind. A quick email, late in the evening I might add, requesting a test drive (the next day) was responded to that very evening! The test drive confirmed my decision, and a week later I had my new car! The staff are very courteous and professional. They made sure the car was immaculate, inside and out. If I'm in the position to look for another car, I'll be sure to call in again.

I would highly recommend MJ Motors after a very pain free purchase today. Other car dealers could learn a lot from Mark. I found him very easy to deal with. I found the car on UsedCarsNI, emailed Mark to confirm it's availability and unlike most dealers, he came straight back to me. I called and he returned my call immediately after his existing call. I reserved the car, paid a deposit and booked to pick it up today. Unlike most dealers he was very prompt and responsive to my follow-up WhatsApp messages and when I came up the car was ready and perfect. It was serviced, clean as a whistle, looked, felt and drove like a run-in brand new car. And it was priced so well, he had 100 calls between Monday and Thursday. It even had enough diesel to get me home - 80+ miles. If Carsberg made car dealers they'd make them like this. A+++

Excellent service from Mark from first contact. Great to deal with, straight talking and not pushy in any way. Had a small technical issue and on reporting he responded straight away, all covered under warranty and even lent me a car for a few days. Great range of quality cars always priced competitively. I was a little apprehensive buying a car unseen & traveling from England, however the car was exactly what I wanted & decided to go for it. Once I viewed it, it was as described & well presented , Mark went out his way & collected me from airport. When I was there(on handover ) there was a slight problem with the head unit display, but Mark & his son went out of his way trying to rectify the issue, however due to the delay & issue not being fully resolved he kindly offered a kind gesture of goodwill which was greatly appreciated. This is the first car I ever bought unseen and undriven as the dealer is Northern Ireland and I was in Berkshire, UK. Popular wisdom would have said don't do it and I had a lot of reservations given this is the most I ever spent on a car. Mark was most helpful and reassuring all through the process, and even managed to get the car delivered to Peterborough in the deal. He kept in touch via calls and whatsapp and did everything he said he would. I bought my BMW 5 series m-sport from M J Motors, I dealt with Mark who make the experience pleasant & straightforward. When I collected the car mark told me he had serviced the car & replaced some parts, which was great, so I drove home delighted. The next day I received a call from mark telling me his mechanic serviced the wrong car!, as he had 4 or 5, bmw 5 series on his forecourt. I was actually delighted to get the call, in my eyes he could have said nothing, & honestly, I would not have know anything about it if he hadn't done the decent thing & called me to tell me. So come Tuesday it will be back for the service, & also anything else the car needs. I have had the car for about 5 weeks now, and everything is fantastic, I change my car every 2 years, and I certainly would have no problems with dealing with M J Motors again.

Good honest dealer selling good cars competitively
Bought a Lexus from MJ motors recently. Found Mark very good to deal with and honest in all communications. Car was presented in great condition and competitively priced. Inclusion of 6 mth parts and labour warranty a bonus as well as full recent MOT. Purchase was as simple as it gets. Based on my experience so far I would deal with them again.

I was able to view the vehicle with no sales pressure. Unlike other dealers, I was also able to have a decent test drive. The dealer was friendly and willing to negotiate a fair price. Since I have experienced no problems with the vehicle, I can't comment on after- sales support!
